Outdoor Industry Association® Announces Broad Line-up of Outdoor University® Sessions in June

Webinars are free for OIA members



Outdoor Industry Association® delivers a robust curriculum of professional development seminars each month. Outdoor University® workshops and online sessions break down complex challenges and issues specific to outdoor industry businesses. Led by industry experts and business influencers, they offer outstanding opportunities to learn about current business trends and pick up tips for how to be more profitable. Topics range from retail innovation, research, sustainability to best practices, trade and supply chains and other current issues.



These online webinars are free for OIA members and available for a nominal fee for non-members.

 Navigating the Legal Landscape – Setting Up a Purposeful Distribution Network
This session will walk through the rules companies should know when they create a limited distribution channel or decide to be part of one. Both retailers and manufacturers can benefit from knowing the complexities and risks around active collaboration.

This webinar will provide both an introduction and implementation strategy for companies to follow for Restricted Substance Lists (RSL). We will identify why it is necessary for companies to implement an RSL and also the steps toward successful implementation and monitoring.
