Time is Running Out to Save 10 Percent on Outdoor Retailer Summer Market Booth Space and Furnishings
Exhibitors Must Be OIA Members by May 2 to Receive Discount
The deadline to save 10 percent on Outdoor Retailer Summer Market (ORSM) 2013 booth space and select furnishings is approaching fast. Exhibitors must be current Outdoor Industry Association® (OIA) members as of May 2, 2013, to qualify for the savings.
“Our members save a lot of money with this program,” said Ingrid Malmberg, director of membership for OIA. “For example, for a 20×20 booth, the savings is approximately $2,000 a year. The savings is often more than the cost of OIA membership, so it’s a no-brainer to join. Plus you also enjoy all the other great benefits of membership, like free access to Outdoor University sessions, research reports, brand recognition, UPS and YRC Freight discounts, representation in Washington, D.C., and more.”
The 10 percent booth savings is reflected in final invoices from Outdoor Retailer. Companies that are current OIA members as of May 2 should check their final invoice to ensure the savings appear. Companies that join OIA after paying in full for booth space will see a credit, which can be returned in the original form of payment or credited towards another show.
