Advanced cellular trail camera, an industry-first cellular feeder, and a lineup of cellular trail camera accessories that extend battery life and offer flexible mounting options among new items

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Jan. 11, 2023) — Moultrie Mobile, a leading pioneer in cellular trail cameras that also offers an all-in-one remote monitoring app for hunters and property owners, today announced an exciting lineup of new products for 2023. Included in the expansive list of new items is an advanced cellular trail camera dubbed the Edge Pro, a cellular-enabled feeder management system known as Feed Hub, a universal solar battery pack for trail cameras and feeders, and additional trail camera accessories.

The Edge Pro ($179.99) will become the flagship camera in the Edge series. It provides premium performance by utilizing customer-favorite technologies found in the original Edge camera — Auto Connect Technology and built-in memory — while adding strategically enhanced features, including several industry-first technologies.

It will be the first cellular trail camera to integrate False Trigger Elimination capabilities, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to power all-new features including SmartCapture, SmartTrigger, and SmartZone technology.

SmartCapture gives hunters control over what species the Edge Pro will capture, greatly extending battery life and reducing time sorting through unwanted images of non-target species. SmartTrigger will use AI analysis to adapt in real-time. The SmartZones function will allow users to designate custom detection zones and ignore areas with objects such as tree limbs or grass that could cause false triggers. Together, these innovative technologies reduce up to 99 percent of false triggers and redefine what is possible with cellular trail cameras.

Additionally, the Edge Pro is built with NYXEL® NIR (near infrared) technology for enhanced low-light performance with minimized power consumption. Other features include Bluetooth-enabled Live View Aim with the Moultrie Mobile App, best-in-class 36MP images and 1080P videos, lightning-fast trigger speed, flash and detection range of up to 100 feet, built-in memory, flexible power options, and nationwide coverage with Auto Connect Technology.

Moultrie Mobile’s new Feed Hub ($99.99) will offer first-of-its-kind cellular connectivity and control for nearly any game feeder. It will allow hunters to monitor feed and battery levels, run feeders on command, receive alerts when the feeder is clogged, and remotely adjust feed times. This will provide peace of mind that the feeder is operating as expected, enable remote control for easy adjustments, and help plan trips to service the feeder more efficiently.

Feed Hub will be a three-part system consisting of a universal Feed Level Detector that can be mounted in nearly any game feeder, a cellular-connected timer that installs in the feeder kit, and the Moultrie Mobile App. It will be available from Moultrie Mobile and major retailers this summer.

A Universal Solar Battery Pack ($99.99) will also be introduced this summer to offer customers durable and dependable power options for trail cameras and feeders that are designed to deliver up to three times more power than existing solar solutions. It features a solar panel that is up to 60 percent larger than current options on the market in addition to a built-in rechargeable battery capacity of 10,000mAh to provide backup power on overcast days and eliminate the need for AA batteries. Connectors will be included with the Universal Solar Battery Pack to enable compatibility with any brand of camera or feeder kit that accepts a 12v or 6v barrel jack style power input. It also includes a Flex Mount and tree strap ensuring ease of use at any location.
