Thompson joins Big Agnes with 20 years of experience in the outdoor industry with brands like Black Diamond Equipment, The North Face and Pearl Izumi, and will work alongside the product team to fortify new product design and development.

Thompson’s prior experience includes product development of hard goods, footwear and apparel. He also oversaw the strategic direction, strategy and management of these products on a global scale.
