LifeStraw has committed to reduce absolute Scope 1 + 2 GHG emissions by 50% and Scope 3 GHG emissions by 30% by 2030. - We will remove 100% of plastic from our packaging. - We plan to reduce emissions from our purchased electricity by converting our Vietnam facility energy to 100% renewables and / or solar. - We plan to reduce emissions from upstream shipping. - We plan to reduce emissions from our packaging. - We plan to set a maximum budget for air freight to limit use of this method across upstream shipments. - We plan to transition 100% of our current energy to renewable sources through our electric utility in our headquarters in Baltimore.

Do you have any additional details to share publicly about your company's efforts to address climate change?

LifeStraw is in the process of developing a more detailed action plan for the achievement of our 2030 SBTI commitments. We have also added GHG and sustainability assessments to our review of new suppliers, and are working with our Tier 1 suppliers on full GHG audits. LifeStraw has also transitioned to renewable and clean energy mix for our HQ office and is working on a plan for transitioning to renewables for our Global locations.
