BOULDER — The Outdoor Industry Association and 34 of its member companies have sent a letter to Senators Joe Manchin, D-W.Va. and John Barrasso, R-Wyo., Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, outlining the industry’s support for Debra Haaland to be Secretary of the Interior.
