prAna, creator of Clothing for Positive Change and a leader in sustainable, outdoor fashion, is proud to announce its stay-put, performance swim collection is both sustainable and 100-percent Fair Trade Certified Factory for Spring 2021. prAna’s partnership with Fair Trade goes back a decade. In 2011, prAna was the first North American apparel brand to produce Fair Trade Certified clothing. Since then, prAna has given back more than $550,000 in Fair Trade premiums and directly sponsored the conversion of 11 factory partners.
In addition to being Fair Trade Certified, the 100% sustainable Spring 2021 swim collection features stay-put design, UPF 50+ rating, and is made using ECONYL® regenerated nylon—enhancing adventures while also lessening the impact on the planet and its people. The women’s collection includes three vibrant print capsules inspired by the tropics of Panama, designed to be mixed and matched with solids. The women’s collection also offers two dozen new silhouettes including a recycled polyester sun top capsule. The men’s swim collection features new recycled polyester styles in a variety of prints, bold colors and on-trend shorter inseam options.
