The future of the outdoor industry depends on new voices, fresh thinking, and bold collaboration. At OIA, we bring that community together by uniting leaders and innovators to shape what’s next. For more than 35 years, we’ve been the trusted partner helping our members build stronger businesses with business intelligence, expert advocacy, and sustainability tools that turn challenges into opportunities.
Our board of directors plays a critical role in guiding this work, ensuring every member company benefits from OIA’s leadership. This summer, OIA members elected two new directors and re-elected two incumbent directors to serve a second term. These leaders bring experience, innovation, and a shared commitment to collaboration to our board. We also thank Frazier Blair (formerly Orvis) and Shawn Gorman (L.L.Bean) for their years of leadership and service as they conclude their terms this fall.
