In addition to nurturing relationships with retailers, McLeod will lead strategic planning and process optimization to align with revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction. She comes to Reima with over 22 years of expertise in marketing, sales, operations and business development. McLeod held several leadership positions for adidas, Filld, Geox, Reebok and Zipcar.

At Pixie Mood, McLeod effectively managed wholesale and direct to consumer business initiatives aligning with the company’s objectives and revenue growth strategy. She was responsible for developing and leading activities to drive sell-through and to provide clarity on product and revenue sales forecasts.
