ReadyWise, the leader in nutritious, affordable, emergency, adventure and natural foods, is thrilled to launch two new emergency backpacks, the Complete Emergency Backpack and the Ultimate Emergency Backpack. The launch of the two packs provides additional options to ReadyWise’s already impressive line of emergency preparedness kits.

“In 2020, we saw millions of Americans begin the journey to be prepared, but this is truly only the tip of the iceberg. According to FEMA more than 60% of Americans are not prepared for an emergency or natural disaster,” comments Tim Lawlor, Marketing Director, ReadyWise. “It’s our passion and duty to help our customers become better equipped to handle the unexpected and if there’s anything we’ve learned over the past year is it’s imperative to stay vigilant and prepared to better protect ourselves and our loved ones.”

Getting prepared is easier than most people think and ReadyWise has taken a lot of the worry out of the process by offering a wide variety of products and solutions to meet consumer’s needs. With the addition of these two higher-end survival backpacks, consumers will have the essentials if they need to “bug out” in the event of an earthquake, hurricane, wildfire or tornado. Most Americans live in a state where these disasters are becoming more and more common and now is the time to prepare for them.

The Complete Emergency Backpack, which retails for $229.99, is comprised of a large tactical backpack with a waterproof coating that includes a 112 piece first aid kit, Aqualiterz water, Mylar Emergency Blanket, an emergency 4-in-1 flashlight, a Seychelle water bottle, 100 ft paracord bundle, and other essential survival tools. This pack also included eight ReadyWise freeze-dried meals.

It’s more advanced counterpart, the Ultimate Emergency Backpack, which retails at $349.99, features all of the features of the Complete pack, but also includes a foldable knife, portable stove with 24 fuel tablets, a cooking pot set, waterproof matches, and a flint & striker firestarter. The Ultimate Emergency Backpack also includes nine ReadyWise freeze-dried entrees.
