Technical Norwegian apparel brand looks to expand growth and sales support throughout territories with new independent sales group partnerships
Norrøna, the four-season Norwegian outdoor brand renowned for its premium, sustainably-built outerwear, announces a new sales partnership with Ian Decker at Black Dog Sales Group, who will represent the brand throughout the Rocky Mountain and Intermountain West territory. Decker brings over 20 years of experience working with outdoor brands to the Norrøna sales team and will aid the brand in continuing to grow awareness throughout the region. Norrøna U.S. sales manager Adam Chamberlain will continue to manage relationships with key accounts and specialty retailers throughout the Midwest, as well as sales relationships in the Northeast. Kyle Hadersberger, who joined the Norrøna sales team in 2019, will continue representing Norrøna in the Pacific Northwest as an independent representative with Wedge Mountain Outdoor.

Black Dog Sales Group is an independent sales group based in Denver, Colorado that will manage specialty retailer relationships within the Rockies and Intermountain West. Black Dog Sales Group is owned and operated by Ian Decker, who has spent the last few decades developing innovative sales strategies for industry leading brands such as Helly Hansen, K2, Altra Footwear, Marmot and Arc’teryx Equipment. Decker’s extensive experience nurturing relationships with specialty retailers across the Rockies and with outdoor and snow sports industry brands make him an ideal partner for Norrøna.
