FREE professional training opportunities for all Outdoor Retailer attendees. Educational sessions are based on these tracks: Retail, Supply Chain, Trends, Brands, and Advocacy Engagement.
10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.— Booth #44
Learn more about public land advocacy happenings across the country and how to get engaged as a business or individual. You will be able to take action at the show on one or more issues and also learn how to bring public lands advocacy ideas back home.
11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.—UMOCA Auditorium

A: Appeal. The best way to make the product appeal to the customer is interaction. Teaching your staff to be effective in the APPEAL phase also allows your staff to be confident in overcoming objections the customer might have.
R: Relationship. Research proves that it takes far more effort and expense to attract new customers than to retain and develop business with existing customers. In this phase we are interested in long-term RELATIONSHIPS with our customers.

Join us for this hour-long seminar to hear from the repair experts about what they’ve learned from over 30 years of repairing gear and how to design for durability and repair.
