If any part of these Terms of Use shall be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that part shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability only, without in any way affecting the remaining parts of these Terms of Use. Failure to enforce these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver.

Other Terms

Interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be subject to the laws of the state of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules.

ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PRE-EXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, CONSUMER PROTECTION, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT, INJUNCTIVE AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN YOU AND OIA ARISING FROM OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE GUIDE WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION. The arbitration will take place in Boulder, Colorado, USA.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to arbitrability and/or enforceability of this arbitration provision, including any unconscionability challenge or any other challenge that the arbitration provision or the Terms of Use is void, voidable or otherwise invalid. The arbitrator will be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in court under law or in equity. Any award of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding on each of the parties, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you prevail on any claim that affords the prevailing party attorneys’ fees, the arbitrator may award reasonable fees to you under the standards for fee shifting provided by law.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms of Use will be unimpaired and the invalid or unenforceable provisions will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law (unless such modification is not permitted by law, in which case such provision will be disregarded).

This Terms of Use shall insure to the benefit of OIA, its affiliates, successors and assigns.

These Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and OIA. The Terms of Use supersedes all prior communications, representations or agreements, oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof and has been induced by no representations, statements or agreements other than those herein expressed.

Limitations

This Guide is not a substitute for applicable local laws and regulations. It is expected that companies will comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits relating to chemicals and environmental management as well as occupational health and safety.

This Guide may not address all hazards or risks associated with the use of chemicals in your company. It is recommended that companies employ or consult with external environmental health and safety and/or chemicals management experts to fully understand all hazards and legal obligations.

Cho mình được hỏi theo QUI ĐỊNH thì dung dịch tẩy rửa (nước rửa chén) có được để chung kho với các hóa chất khác như : chlorine, phẩm màu, tẩy trắng...không ạ?
