This joint resolution would roll back the Bureau of Land Management Methane and Waste Prevention rule which helps protect our public lands, air and water from excessive methane emissions that could instead be captured as opposed to venting or burning off methane. By removing this rule through CRA, communities would be impacted by increases in air pollutants that hinder outdoor experiences and harm local communities and their ability to grow their economies in a balanced manner.
